Welcome to Shiv Crafts! We are committed to delivering your purchased product safely and promptly. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, costs, and other important details.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. During high-demand periods (e.g., festivals, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Preparation for Shipment: After processing, your order will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all regions within India.
  • International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside India. If you need delivery to another country, please contact us at shivaartimachine@gmail.com and we will tell you what is possible.

3. Shipping Rates & Costs

  • Free Shipping: Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India. There is no minimum order value.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Full COD: Pay the entire amount to the courier when your order reaches your door. Nothing is payable in advance.
  • Partial COD: Pay a part of the amount online and the balance on delivery, with a discount applied to the part you prepay. Our team arranges this with you on WhatsApp (+91 9016259171) or over a call.
  • Prepaid: Paying the full amount online gets you an extra 5% off.
  • Partial COD is optional. Nothing is charged before you agree to it.

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Gujarat: usually 3-5 business days
  • Rest of India: usually 5-7 business days
  • Tier-3 cities and remote pin codes: usually 7-10 business days

These are the same timelines shown on our product pages. Delivery times may vary because of factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather or local disruptions.

6. Shipping Carriers

We dispatch through Shiprocket’s partner network, so each order travels with the courier best suited to your pin code:

  • India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx India, Xpress Bees, Ecom Express, Ekart

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details on WhatsApp, and you also receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • Track your order: open the tracking link we send you, or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Product Availability:
    • Certain products or variants may have limited availability based on location. If a product is unavailable in your area, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund.
  • Prohibited Items:
    • We do not ship products that are restricted or prohibited by local laws and regulations.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items:
    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at shivaartimachine@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Lost Shipments:
    • In the rare event that your shipment is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a refund/replacement.

10. Address Accuracy

  • Correct Information:
    • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Address Changes:
    • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at shivaartimachine@gmail.com. Changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped.

11. Pickup Option

  • Local Pickup:
    • If you prefer to collect your order in person, please contact us at shivaartimachine@gmail.com to arrange a convenient pickup time at our Dhara ,Opp Shree Medical Trikonia , Near Radadiya Icecream , Jetpur Road Gondal, Rajkot, Gujarat 360311.

12. Delays in Delivery

  • While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as:
    • Weather Conditions: Extreme weather events may impact shipping schedules.
    • Carrier Delays: Issues within the shipping carrier’s network.
